If you are wondering where is the pattern you ordered,
please read and follow these directions.
The pattern is a digital file. There is no printed pattern being snail-mailed to you. Please take a look at the item page for the pattern you ordered by selecting it from the patterns page of the store. The item description explains this, and the same information is also included in the receipt that was sent to you by email.
If you purchased a pattern alone, without a fabric kit,
through the online store:
If you completed your purchase with a credit card through the online store, your pattern was delivered to you online in two different ways immediately upon completing your order.
(1) The link to download it was part of the confirmation page of your order. It has been sitting there waiting for you since you made your purchase. (If you indicated in your order that you want us to call you for your credit card number, use method #2 below.) Use Method #1 below.
(2) Also at the time you made your purchase, a separate email was sent to you giving you the address where you can find the pattern on this blog, and the password to enter the page. Use Method #2 below.
If you did not download the pattern from one of these sources when you made your purchase, you can retrieve it in one of two ways:
Method #1: Log in to you store account by clicking here, or cut-and-paste this address into the address bar of your browser: http://webstore.quiltropolis.net/stores_app/eo_manage_account.asp?Store_id=585&page_id=30
Once you have logged in, click on View Past Orders, followed by clicking on the link to view the order details. When you are viewing the order information, a download link should be available to retrieve your pattern.
Method #2: Find and open the email that was sent to you from RaNae Merrill Quilt Design at the time you made your purchase. If it is not in your Inbox, it probably ended up in your Junk Mail folder. (If that’s where it went, you probably need to put my email address on your “safe” list so that future emails from me don’t end up there as well.) That email contains the online address of a page on this blog, and the password to open it. Look to the right of this page; you will find the name of the pattern listed in the right-hand column of this blog, just above where you found this page you are reading now. Use the password in the email to open the page, and follow the directions on the page to download and print your pattern.
If you purchased a pattern alone, and paid by phone
or by sending a check in the mail:
Follow method #2 above to retrieve your pattern.
If you purchased a pattern with a fabric kit:
On the cover page to the pattern, there is an address to a page on this blog, and the password to open the page. Go to the page online, use the password on the cover sheet to open it, and follow the directions on the page to download and print your pattern.
If you purchased a pattern in person:
The pattern envelope contains an address to a page on this blog, and the password to open the page. Go to the page here, use the password to open the page, and follow the directions on the page to download and print your pattern.
If all else fails:
If all that still doesn’t get the pattern into your hands, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, order number and date of your purchase.
Happy quilting! RaNae 🙂
